*All sales are final.  There will be no refund or returns for services on a completed inspection.

*Inspections are conducted within 3 business days of initial request.  The inspection timeframe depends on the availability of the seller.  Any delays to the inspection will be communicated to the client thoroughly.

*One Guard has inspectors in most cities however there will be some cities that we do not.  When this arises, we have inspectors willing to to conduct the inspection but there may be a mileage fee.  This fee will have to be approved by the client before the inspection is conducted.

*One Guard strives to provide the most comprehensive and current inspection of a vehicle’s cosmetic and mechanical condition.  The One Guard inspection serves to provide the client with as much information as possible.  Many conditions and failures are able to be identified with a physical inspection but many are NOT.  One Guard is NOT guaranteeing that every possible vehicle condition or failure will be identified.  One Guard Inspections, LLC is in NO way guaranteeing the future performance of the vehicle.  One Guard Inspections, LLC will not be held liable for any future mechanical or electrical  failures that may occur after the inspection.
