PAINT IS CONSISTENT WITH AGE AND MILE AND IN ORDER TO IMPROVE OVERALL CONDITION, A NEW PAINT JOB IS RECOMMENDED. REAR BRAKE ISSUE APPEARS TO BE A LOOSE CONNECTION AT ENGINE COWLING BARE WIRE & TAPE. RECOMMENDED FURTHER DIAGNOSIS.
